Discover the exam strategies to get your highest score in the FRACGP exams.

One of the most critical parts of being ready to sit your exams is having covered all of the content.

Rather than trying to just memorise a textbook, it is important to realise that the exam will be done as a closed book exam - that is, if you can't remember the answer its no good to you on exam day.

Secondly, remember that you have already got a lot of knowledge already and it is worthwhile to start by documenting what you already know about a topic before opening a text book at all! Once you know what you do know, you can focus on what you don't know and fill in the gaps.

Thirdly, remember that you will likely need some time at the end of your study period to memorise and ensure all your info is in your mind as you come into exam day.  Go for understanding and simplicity whereever possible to keep your knowledge and thoughts clean and accessible.
