  • your name, telephone number, postal address, medical centre, exam qualifications, credit card or account details upon purchase of our course materials and depending upon your needs, your address and fax number and information about areas of need and assistance.
  • the e-mail addresses of those who post comments to our pages, contact us or subscribe to our newsletter or who otherwise communicate with us via e-mail
  • aggregate information on what pages visitors access or visit
  • user-specific information on what pages visitors access or visit
  • information volunteered by the visitor, such as exam information and/or exam data, name and address, telephone number and email address. Note that when voluntarily supplying data to us, you can use a codename or pseudonym, provided that we have a contact telephone number in case we need to check details.

You have no obligation to provide personal information which you do not wish to disclose. In some circumstances, however, if you choose not to provide us with the requested information we may be unable to provide you with the products and services that require the collection of that information.
