• I have been frustrated with the Medical Council's lack of communication and apparent inability to be organised.
• And it seems that they are relatively oblivious to the difficulties and impact that these experiences have on doctors - or else they would be much more proactive in the way they conduct themselves.
• The root problem could be: 1. Lack of awareness if they have never been through the process themselves or 2. A lack of systems to ensure good outcomes for doctors who go through the AHPRA / Medical Council experience. This could be done a LOT better.
