• The government based their decision on the perception that there is already enough software in the medical space… They failed to recognise the unique challenges of managing chronic diseases like dementia, diabetes, cardiovascular disease, and cancer. 
• Trying to manage chronic diseases using clinical software designed for acute diseases will continue to have difficulties and risks for doctors and patients.
